Tunes For Tots


Widespread Panic believes that art education, and in particular music education, is integral to the overall education and advancement of children. Art allows for personal expression, appreciation of ideas, celebration of cultural awareness, sharing emotions, and gives purpose to life. Widespread Panic agrees with research findings that art education supports more traditional academic subjects as well as being a worthy pursuit in its own right.

Concert: tickets $150 doors 7pm, Showtime 8pm. 

VIP Cocktail party with the band and Concert! Tickets: $500  Party:  5-6:30p   Doors:  6:30p

The VIP party with the band includes complimentary premium cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres and a 2016 Tunes for Tots poster autographed by the band.

Important information: This is a Ticketless Entry Event. You must bring your photo ID and the Credit Card used to purchase the ticket for entry. The tickets are non-transferable and require the purchaser to swipe their credit card at the venue's doors to gain entry.

Tunes For Tots began in 2005. Widespread Panic held their first Tunes for Tots charity VIP cocktail party and concert at Atlanta's Roxy Theater, raising over $100,000 to purchase musical instruments for Georgia Public Schools. To date, the organization has raised over $1,500,000.

Place Bridge Academy – Denver Co - Orff instruments and classroom equipment
Winder-Barrow High School Band (County School) -Instrument Storage Lockers $40,000 and Instruments $130,000

2010 Schools
Cairo High School - Cairo, GA - Instruments and speakers $70,000
The Little School- Clarkesville, GA - Instruments, children's music kits, classroom keyboards, classroom library, 5 computers
Fairview Elementary School - Demorest, GA - Stage curtains $6,800, smartboard for classroom $2,400, instruments and 30 classroom guitars $4,000

2011 Schools
Jordan Vocational High School - Columbus, GA - Percussion and wind instruments.
Redan High School - Stone Mountain, Ga - Marching Band Instruments

2012 Schools This concert was held in Charlotte, NC with proceeds going to the following NC public schools.
Eaton-Johnson Middle School- Henderson, NC -Marching band instruments and Piano Lab teaching system.
Henderson Middle School - Henderson, NC - Orchestra instruments
Webb High School - Oxford, NC - Marching band instrument

2013 Schools
Windsor Forest High School- Savannah, GA- marching band instruments and equipment, orchestra instruments and equipment
Rex Mill Middle School- Rex, GA- orchestra instruments and electronic equipment and software
South Jackson Elementary- Athens, GA- percussion instruments

Tunes for Tots not only benefits public schools but a portion of the fund goes to Nuçi’s Space, a non-profit health and music resource center in Athens, GA, who administrates the fund.

Cash donations are accepted year round.
